Loom Rental - 1 week

ABOUT THE LOOM 14" Cricket with 7.5 dent reed, 2 shuttles, a reed hook, 2 clamps, and a warping peg. DELIVERY A rental agreement will be emailed to you after your rental purchase. Print out and bring this form to the Creative Arts Center during published hours to pick up the loom. Your rental period starts upon pickup. DEPOSIT REQUIRED A $50 refundable deposit is required for rental and will be collected at pickup (check only, payable to Art of the Lakes). Your uncashed check will be put on file until the equipment is returned. EQUIPMENT RETURN Rented equipment must must be returned to the Creative Arts Center at the end of the rental period. A late return fee of $25 per day will be charged if equipment is not returned by the due date/time. EQUIPMENT DAMAGE Equipment must be returned in original condition, free from damage, and with all parts and accessories. Renter is responsible for any damage to equipment, and will be charged up to the full price of the equipment if the equipment is returned damaged, or if any parts or accessories are missing.
