Ceilidh (KAY-lee) means a traditional Scottish or Irish social gathering that has become associated with the community folk dancing traditions of those lands.

Whether you arrive alone or with a partner, we'll all gather and form the starting points of circles, lines, and squares. Instruction will be by a professional Ceilidh "caller" and band leader via recorded video, along with a local coach to assist.
These dances emphasize group movements to lively music, led by calls during the dance rather than any particular foot work. "If you can walk, you can dance" describes how easy it is to participate. Wear comfortable shoes - you will have fun!
