This workshop will give you the storytelling tools to make this process easier, less scary, and more authentic. You'll explore the art of dialogic reflection, a practice of deep listening, shared storytelling and personal insight. The workshop will center on self inquiry, self love, self respect, and self care to understand and express who you are even better.
